This is the second time when I worked with Starwood and Ryan to move my dogs. First time was from the mainland to Hawaii and this time from Hawaii to the mainland, both pretty significant moves. I have a small dog and an extra large dog and that was not a small endeavor to say the least!!! Ryan had patiently and tenaciously worked on coordinating every single detail, including a constant changing date related to my work schedule. Ryan has listened to all my concerns regarding the travel arrangements and accommodated everything superbly!! I could have not been more pleased with my experience with Ryan and it felt so good to have the same person handle their move again! Very happy!! As well as my doggies!!!

Having researched a number of resources we selected Starwood Pet Travel to handle the inbound process of relocating our Misty from Cavite, Philippines to Houston, Texas USA. Throughout the process our main contact Julie was extremely knowledgeable, communicating requirements and status at every step in the process.

Additionally the communication with our chosen outbound agent PetTransPro resulted in us never having to worry about the documentation or process, everything about the process was smooth. On the date of arrival we went to the airport agents office, presented the paperwork we received from Julie and the agent handed us Misty within an hour of landing, nothing could have been simpler. We would not hesitate in using their services again should the need arise.

I was so worried up moving my dog to Thailand from the US. Thanks to Starwood Pet Travel everything went perfectly! 🥰

The trip went extremely well. We met up with the Starwood team in New York on Wednesday morning, handed our pup over to them, and then arrived in Hawaii, where we met our pup at our new home.
Everyone was so friendly and easy to work with. I am so thankful Starwood was there to help me with this process. There were errors in the vet paperwork that I wouldn't have known to look for, which the Starwood team caught and contacted my vet to resolve. Having that peace of mind while trying to pack, sell a home, and work a full-time job - I am thankful for the assistance!

It was nice having everything handled for us. Ryan was always able to answer any thing I had questions about and was overall so great.

I have hired Starwood twice to transport my two dogs from London back to the US. The team is amazing and I highly recommend working with them if you want a stress-free experience.

Julie and team ❤️ We have Oscar now in Tucson. We just wanted to pass on our deepest gratitude to you and your teams. We were so worried and stressed about Oscar’s trip due to his age and medical history and you all went far above and beyond our expectations to allay our fears and deliver top notch service to our best little man. He arrived clean and although a bit disoriented, has settled in perfectly back with us. We however we wanted to say thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. You and your teams obviously love our pets as much as we do and it definitely shows.

We used Starwood to assist us in relocating our girls from New York to Hawaii. Both are close to 50 pounds each and had to travel via cargo. We were fortunate to have a direct flight and chose the package that included the final vet check and pick up/delivery to our homes on each end. We received many pictures showing their travel to the vet, the boarding facility the night before their flight and their delivery to the airport. We were certainly anxious the whole time they were away from us as we were unsure how they would tolerate the flight and then their delayed arrival in Hawaii resulted in them having to spend a night in quarantine before they could be cleared for release. This also made us anxious as to how they were faring. However, they were delivered to us the following morning safe, sound and very happy to be back with family. I am grateful there is a well established service that knows how to work through all the processes we did not have time to research and figure out. They also were knowledgeable and comfortable with the process for how our pets were to be managed during their late arrival. I certainly would use Starwood again if needed.

Throughout the process of getting Buster from CA to Hawaii Ryan was incredible. Helping every step of the way ensuring my vet received and had all the proper documents required. Reassuring me that we were on track and all was looking good. Answered my emails with all my questions. Just overall GREAT to work with!

Just wanted to give a huge thanks to the Jet Pets team in New Zealand and Starwood Pet Travel in the US for getting our beloved Kona safely to the United States. From the initial discussions to the Vet visits in Nelson NZ then the final vet exam at MPI prior to departure, all the Jet Pets staff were amazing. Communication was exceptional at all stages of the process. Everyone was so pleasant, kind and well informed. Our questions were quickly answered, and little accommodations were easily made. Kona and I were treated very well by everyone we worked with. We will be very happy to use Jet Pets and Starwood in the future and can confidently recommend their services.

If you're a concerned pet owner like me, Starwood makes the process of transporting them so much easier. My family and moved 3 dogs from California to Hawaii, and there is no way this would've gone as smoothly without Starwood. Our travel coordinator Ryan was awesome. She really helped in keeping me calm during this whole process. The service wasn't exactly what I expected, and you are definitely going to have to do some work on your end, especially in the beginning. But they are always responsive to any concerns or questions, and have a very organized system to make sure you don't miss any steps before your pet travels. If you have any doubts or worries about your pets traveling safely, Starwood will definitely give you peace of mind.

We could not have done our move internationally without Molly and Starwood! Our pup was comfortable and happy throught the whole experience. Even when there were hiccups at the last minute, Starwood handled getting flights and quarantine changed! Thank you Molly and Starwood!!

Incredible experience using this service. Everything was truly 'hands free' as Starwood took care of all the heavy lifting. Each point of contact was detailed, communicative, and readily available for any and all questions. Our dog arrived to her final destination happy with signs of being well taken care of. My only regret is not hiring Starwood sooner.
