Ryan at Starwood did a great job of transporting our Golden Retriever from the US to Singapore to rejoin his family! She responded quickly to questions and helped take the worry out of a stressful trip. We had originally thought we could plan and set up the transport ourselves but we quickly learned that it takes not just an expert but a team of experts to smoothly move a dog without hassle or stress. I’m glad we chose Starwood!

So for 5 years I had been planning to move from Texas back home to the UK. And my main worry that entire time was about moving my dog Gunnar. I searched a lot of pet shippers, but Starwood was the only one that offered different scales of assistance with the move, and customizable package prices. Everyone I ever dealt with was very friendly, informative and I felt confident in their expertise and customer service from the get go. Paul, the sales rep and Cassidy my co-ordinator were amazing. I couldn't have asked for better. Everything went smoothly, I was constantly updated with how the process was going. Seriously, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to transport their dog. Gunnar is now settling in nicely in his new home. :) Thankyou Starwood for making it happen. :)

Do not mess around with the safety of your pets. From beginning to end, the Starwood team was top of the line. You will still worry when your pets are away from you, which is why you need to get to know and trust your transport team. I was able to email and get a quick response especially during the transit time when I was worried, but Starwood kept me in the loop with every step. Moving is often filled with one issue after the other, but I wanted to make sure the issues did not relate to my cats, who were delivered to our overseas location right to our new doorstep. I cannot thank the team (Paul, Sarah, Marianna, Rita) enough. They truly treated our cats like family, and it shows in how quickly our cats are acclimating here!

Safely and comfortably getting our 2 cats from Los Angeles to London was by far the most stressful part of our move. Great experience transporting our dog to her new home on the other side of the world (LA to Bangkok). It was expensive and we fretted about that a bit at first but ultimately decided it was worth it for our dog and for peace of mind. Thank goodness we went with Starwood Pet! Flights were cancelled due to weather, plans had to change multiple times and our fantastic coordinator, Ryan Bole, managed all of it with calm professionalism and kindness! It was wonderful service by professionals who know the ins and outs of the multiple steps of getting pets from point A to point B with minimal stress. Highly recommend and worth the extra money it may cost!

We had an amazing experience with Starwood. Their knowledge of the very complex proceedings helped us the whole way. In the last minute we found out that we had to send not only 1, but all of our 3 pets through Starwood.In less than 1 day, they had everything arranged and ready to go. Sarah, our Pet Travel Coordinator helped keep us calm, informed and prepared. It is an expensive process, but I do recommend Starwood if you need to transport your pets overseas. We will need it again and we will surely use Starwood again.

BEST DECISSION I EVER MADE!!! Tip-to-toe I trust them like family. I had many reservations at first but they happened to be the HIGHEST RATED AND TRUSTED when I asked Chat GPT and Google what I should do.I was a wreck try to figure out how to get my three gitls from San Diego to Hilo in Hawaii. Their pet portal is the most comprehensive and easiest to navigate. If you do not like constant communication then they are not for you. I was told before things happened what was getting ready to happen. The girls flight was going to be delayed and they would have to be boarded over night but i knew they were in good hands. I'm telling you, Ryan is the BEST and if her boss is reading this, SHE NEEDS A RAISE!! Period. Like I said, I was a mess trying to get everything but Ryan was always right there to answer my calls. If she was away from her desk she called right back. I will trust no one with flying ever unless its Starwood.

Starwood is one class act, from the first contact to the final text, they took care of Mandy and Brandies move from the USA to Thailand with ZERO issues. Everyone, from Ben in sales, to Piper, our personal assistant, acted like these were their fur babbies. They made sure everything was taken care of. The companies they worked with were the best as well. KLM Airways, the folks at Dulles and Schipol Airports, the driver who picked the girls up, the vets they worked with and the boarding facilities they used along the way were all outstanding. The end delivery with Ricted Kennels in Bangok went so well the girls looked relaxed and cared for. Thank you Starwood for making the most stressful situation and part of our move EASY! Most of all thanks for caring for Mandy and Brandie like they were your own fur babies! 🥰😍🥰😍

Sage and the team at Starwood are great. We moved our two 9 year old kitties from the US to New Zealand. They kept us on the ball, helped coordinate all of the vet visits and made sure things were ready to go for each step of the process. Our boys arrived safe and sound thanks to Starwood. We recently used Starwood to transport our corgi, Myf, from the US to London as part of a move. Sarah and the whole Starwood team were amazing at making sure everything happened when it needed to, particularly given tight deadlines. Everyone was so helpful and communicative, and the regular updates from the CareTags while in-transit were a huge reassurance. We were even able to organise to travel on the same flight.Myf seems to have had a comfortable and safe journey - she's healthy, happy and enjoying new adventures in the UK.Can not thank Starwood enough for the peace of mind they provided in making this happen.
