Without Starwood Pet Travel, I really believe our attempt to transport our dog Lucas from Los Angeles to London Heathrow would have been a disaster. There were so many ways to get something wrong, and our coordinator Cassidy guided us and the veterinary clinic performing the health certificate through the process with amazing calm, competence, and professionalism. On top of all that, Lucas was transported to LAX by Starwood Pet Travel, then at the end of his flight, an affiliate collected him from Heathrow and drove him a considerable distance to my relatives in Britain, who looked after him for a few days until we also arrived and were settled in our new home. He is now enjoying his new life in Britain, seemingly unaffected by his adventure over the Atlantic. I can't recommend Cassidy and Starwood Pet Travel enough. They were worth every penny.

Starwood, especially Rosemary, was very reliable, knowledgable and helpful. Always positive and brimming with confidence in the whole event (which was scary for me as such an ordeal for the pups). All went well in the end of course and we are home!

Starwood maintained good communication, I was able to book phone calls and email with my travel coordinator Sarah whenever needed; she was very responsive. My 9 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel made it without any issue from the US to the UK. Starwood handled the necessary paperwork and assisted with vet coordination as well as booking the travel in between. Lufthansa Cargo rescheduled my dog's flight just a few days beforehand to two days later than the original date, and Starwood helped manage the rescheduling. I would use them again.

Moving our 2-year-old Vizsla, Sophie, from Detroit to Edinburgh (via Frankfurt) felt like a daunting task, but Starwood Pet Travel made it a breeze. We worked closely with Sarah, who was truly incredible from start to finish. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt prepared and calm throughout the entire process. International pet travel has so many moving parts, but Sarah’s communication—both during the planning stages and while Sophie was in transit—was world-class. Knowing Sophie was in such capable hands took a massive weight off our shoulders. Sophie is now settling into life in Scotland perfectly, and we can’t thank Sarah and the Starwood team enough for their care and expertise!

I am extremely glad that I decided to go with an experienced company for my move from Philly to outside London for my two cats. It truly helped with my stress and it was so worth it to have the cats picked up and delivered to the new house. The portal makes the to do list easy, my contact Cassidy was very easy to get a hold of and was very helpful in answering any questions and concerns I had. I was worried on the how the experience would affect my cats but from day two they were completely themselves and happy in the new house. Thank you for your services! Would definitely recommend.

We used Starwood for the move of our cavapoo Onyx from DC to Singapore. He'd never flown before nor was he used to kennels. However, the Starwood team was brilliant, with special thanks to Ryan for all the terrific help. From getting him used to the kennel to the making the cumbersome paperwork a seamless process and arranging the necessary vet appointments, all went extremely smoothly with personal attention to Onyx' needs and our many questions. We will certainly rely on Starwood again for our next move!

We are so grateful for Starwood's, and especially Rosie's, support in transporting our four cats from the US to New Zealand. We've got a lot of pets with unique medical needs and temperaments and New Zealand has an incredibly complex import process. Rosie and the Starwood team handled it all with patience, kindness, respect, and transparency. Rosie's calm and responsiveness throughout the process was so helpful and it was clear she understood what our pets mean to us. All four made it through their travel and quarantine safely and smoothly and are now home with us and back to their usual routines. The pet portal and CareTag tracking were also a great help!

Starwood was very thorough and made certain that every bit of paperwork was correctly completed by me and the vet who completed the requirements. They liaised with the vet personally and with the company in South Africa, who saw the kitties through customs. Starwood did everything they promised and when we didn't hear from the airline, they contacted them to check up on progress. Unfortunately, Lufthansa left their original paperwork in Atlanta (Starwood could not have prevented that) and so my kitties were delayed in Germany for 2 days. Starwood kept me informed throughout the process. My kitties were a bit thin when they arrived at my house, but as anyone who has cats knows, if a cat won't eat, it won't. Nothing anyone can do.

Starwood Pet Travel did a great job transporting our Pomeranian from Atlanta to New Zealand. Sage, our travel advisor, was so thorough and kept in constant communication with us throughout the process. When there was an unexpected embargo that impacted our dog’s travel plans, Sage figured out a work-around that didn’t cost us any extra money and allowed our pet to arrive on time. Sage was also very helpful with explaining the process of our dog’s vet visits leading up to the departure. We felt our dog was in good hands from start to finish. I’ve been recommending Starwood Pet Travel to other Americans wanting to transport their pet to NZ. Highly recommend!

I moved to Cape Town at the end of last year and needed to bring Loki (my French Bulldog) over. The process before Starwood felt so overwhelming but Ryan made it happen. Starwood Pet Travel made the process of planning Bodhi’s relocation to China much less stressful than I expected. From the beginning, Ryan was responsive, organized, and always willing to answer all of my questions. She clearly explained each step of the international relocation process, which helped me understand the requirements and timelines involved. Knowing that Ryan was guiding Bodhi’s move to China helped reduce a lot of the anxiety I had about such a big transition.
