Great experience moving my 2 kitties from Seattle to Northern Italy! Cassidy was very helpful and responsive and the whole process was a breeze.

We are a navy family and had to ship our senior dog, Lilly, to Naples, Italy. I was very nervous because she is an anxious pup to begin with, plus her age, and she had never flown before. Not to mention the health requirements and customs paperwork are rather cumbersome! I was happy to find Starwood, working with them to have Lilly shipped from DC to Rome (via Frankfurt) and they were even able to arrange having her driven from Rome to Naples. Our main point of contact was Sarah, and she was fantastic! She answered all of my questions along the way, kept up with our own flight itinerary changing at the last minute, and was quick to send me pics of Lilly during her layover in Frankfurt. :) My only minor complaint is that the CareTags feature didn't seem to be worth much. I thought it would be a more helpful "live" type of GPS tracking, but it only got updated once over the whole 48 hours she was traveling. I got more information about Lilly's whereabouts from the Lufthansa cargo tracking page. Shipping a beloved pet is going to be stressful no matter what, but Starwood helped make the experience as seamless as it could be.

We hired Starwood to get our 45lb Pitbull mix from Atlanta, USA to Rome, Italy and they were amazing. Our rep, Sarah Whittington, answered my millions of questions and concerns with quick responses, clear expectations, and patience. Sarah communicated with our vet, handled documentation, handled all travel reservations and all we had to do was go to apts and prep our pup. Our dog did get stuck in ATL for a few days and Sarah took care of everything (always get the travel insurance!), we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Working with Starwood and more specifically Ms. Rosemary Cann has been such a pleasure.
