US Import Services Overview

Customs Clearance & Delivery: $900 USD + delivery fee
The delivery fee will depend on the distance from the airport. The total cost will be included in our email to you shortly.
We will provide the pre-clearance paperwork needed with a bonded customs broker, pay all terminal fees and send a driver to the airport to retrieve the pet(s) once the airline has released them to us. We will also provide local delivery to the address provided.

Clearance  & handover at the airport: $950 USD
We will provide the pre-clearance paperwork needed with a bonded customs broker, pay all terminal fees and send a driver to the airport to retrieve the pet(s) once the airline has released them to us. The client must meet us at the airport to bring the pet home themselves. This does NOT include home delivery.

Remote Clearance Only: $575
Remote customs clearance is where we handle the customs clearance process and the pet owner is responsible for going to the cargo facility to handle the in person clearance procedures and delivery of the pet themselves. This does NOT include our driver going to the airport or local delivery.

Our regular hours are 8:00 - 17:00 local time, Monday through Friday. There will be a $100 after-hours surcharge for pets clearing on weekends or hours outside of our regular business hours.  Clearance times vary based on airport and airline and, in some cases, can take multiple hours after the flight arrives.  

Please note that we require at least 5 business days' notice to ensure we can accommodate each job.
