Skip's Big Leap to Germany

Skip, our sweet and slightly anxious 7-year-old Labradoodle, just took the biggest leap of his life—from the suburbs of Atlanta to the charming, cobblestone streets of Germany. Leaving behind his familiar backyard and neighborhood squirrels was no small feat for a pup with a tender heart, but thanks to the expert team at Starwood Pet Travel, Skip’s journey overseas was smooth and full of care.

When we were finally reunited, it didn’t take long for Skip to settle into his new routine. He wasted no time claiming his favorite spot on the couch, snuggled right between his dog mom and human siblings. It’s been heartwarming to see his tail wag more each day as he adjusts to the rhythms of European life.

Top on Skip’s bucket list? Exploring all the new scents and sights during long walks through our new, wonderfully walkable neighborhood. With quaint parks, dog-friendly cafes, and cobblestone paths around every corner, Germany is proving to be a Labradoodle paradise. Here's to many more adventures for Skip in his new home!
