Rosie & Milo's Trip to Scotland
Rosie and Milo took quite the leap—crossing the Atlantic from Pittsburgh to London and ultimately to Scotland to reunite with the family they missed so much. Rosie, an 11-year-old black and white cat with a cautious heart, and Milo, a silly, playful, and utterly devoted 3-year-old Bernadoodle, traveled side by side on British Airways for their big adventure.
Despite Rosie’s naturally anxious and fearful nature, she handled the trip with quiet resilience. Milo, ever the goofball and loyal companion, took it all in stride—perhaps sensing that something wonderful was waiting on the other side of the journey.
And he was right. After nearly a year apart, the moment Milo saw his dad again, he didn’t hesitate. He ran straight into his arms, tail wagging furiously, making up for lost time with every leap and lick. Rosie, more reserved, found her comfort in quiet corners of their new UK home, eventually emerging to explore sunlit windowsills and observe the birds and squirrels of her new countryside surroundings.
Now that they’re finally home together, Rosie’s on the lookout for new animals to watch, while Milo has grand plans: he’s determined to swim in a Scottish loch before the year is out.
Their journey was long, but the reunion was worth every mile. Welcome to your new adventure, Rosie and Milo.
