From Chicago to Melbourne: Macey's Journey Home

After several years in the U.S., Macey—the sweet, slightly shy ball-chaser—has made her way back home to Australia. Her journey from Chicago to Melbourne was no small feat, spanning thousands of miles and involving a carefully coordinated trip with our partners at Alaska Airlines and Qantas.

Macey’s parents knew the long haul could be stressful, especially for a pup who gets a little nervous in unfamiliar situations. But they also knew how important it was to choose a team that could anticipate every detail, smooth every step, and care for Macey like she was our own.

“When you send your furbaby to the other side of the world, it is naturally an incredibly stressful experience,” they shared. “But here we are, back home in Australia, snuggling our little girl, so thankful that she has settled back so well. Dogs are incredibly adaptable!”

Now back in her old neighborhood, Macey is rediscovering the joys of her first home—chasing tennis balls, exploring every corner, and soaking in the sunshine. Her family is finally whole again, and we’re so grateful to have played a small part in getting her there safely.
