Axie's Big Adventure: From the Big Apple to Singapore's Trails

Axie, an energetic and active 3-year-old French Bulldog, recently completed an extraordinary journey from New York to his new home in Singapore. French Bulldogs, like other brachycephalic breeds, often face more restrictions and require specialized care during air travel. Thankfully, Lufthansa is one of the few airlines equipped to safely transport these special pets, providing exceptional care through their state-of-the-art Frankfurt Animal Lounge and air-conditioned vans to and from the aircraft.

During his layover in Frankfurt, Axie enjoyed Lufthansa's premium pet comfort stop, which allowed him to relax, stretch, have food and water, and access to a comfortable litter area before continuing his journey to Singapore.

The moment Axie arrived in Singapore and was reunited with Louisa, it was pure joy: "Best feeling ever! Axie came out of the crate looking so energetic. The moment he saw me, he ran over and was so excited to see me. It was such a happy reunion after the long journey!"

Louisa also shared her heartfelt appreciation: "I just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you for being there with me every step of the way throughout Axie’s big move. I was so anxious about Axie flying cargo, especially for such a long journey, but the way everything was handled—from check-in to transit to arrival—and the updates at each point made me feel so reassured."

Now comfortably settled, Axie is eagerly looking forward to exploring every park and nature trail that Singapore has to offer.
