Starwood Pet Travel took care of our pets, worked with our vet, and smoothed out an issue at the last minute at the airport on arrival. Having the pets taken care of and their care off our plate while we dealt with the stress of travel was a game changer. I moved all the way from the US to Japan with my 10 year old cat. There was a lot of paperwork and red tape to handle, so I'm really glad I used Starwood to make sure I had everything done correctly. He also got a comfort stop halfway through to make sure he wasn't too stressed out, which wouldn't have happened if I'd transported him myself.

I engaged with Starwood Pet Travel about 6 months before my adopted girl Jazmine was scheduled to travel and the whole experience was very well coordinated. Ryan was very responsive regardless of what questions I had or got anxious on the phone regarding timing of flights. My girl was transported to South Africa very safely and delivered to my home. I am elated to be reunited with my fur baby.

Recently relocated my 3 dogs and 1 cat from PNW to Hawaii. Starwood was beyond amazing. From start to finish they were transparent, organized and professional. I had support with all necessary paperwork, kennel sizing, and day of travel. Our coordinator Ryan was always available to answer questions and provide reassurance. She was incredibly detailed, communicative, and always made me feel like my babies were in great hands. Our day of transporters were amazing too. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Starwood helped us get our golden retriever to us from PA to Germany! With this being our first international flight with a dog they helped us each step of the way. They made sure we had the correct size kennel and confirmed all of the documents that he would need to enter the country. We cannot thank them enough for their help. They answered all of our questions, whether big or small. They were great at communicating, even with a big time difference. We would refer them to anyone who needs help with their pet. Even our vet was impressed with how they communicated with them.

I am so grateful for the Starwood Pet Travel team for their expertise and logistics to be able to get my 2yr medium-sized Bernedoodle from Los Angeles to Dublin, IE. I was assigned a contact that was able to worked closely with me - Cassidy. She was very informative and kept me updated on the process. We recently moved from Seattle to Portugal. With the cost of moving, we were concerned about the cost of moving our two dogs and one cat over. More stressful was the thought of them traveling. I decided that the cost and peace of mind that everything was in order and the animals were in the best hands was worth every penny. I was not wrong. The week we left was very stressful but I never worried about my animals. Everything was ready and scheduled and I didn’t have to do any of it. Everyone on the team from start to finish was thorough with great communication so nothing was missed. From pickup to drop off everyone displayed caring for the animals and patience and understanding for the owners! I would highly recommend Starwood. They are the best.
