We hired Starwood to get our 45lb Pitbull mix from Atlanta, USA to Rome, Italy and they were amazing. Our rep, Sarah Whittington, answered my millions of questions and concerns with quick responses, clear expectations, and patience. Sarah communicated with our vet, handled documentation, handled all travel reservations and all we had to do was go to apts and prep our pup. Our dog did get stuck in ATL for a few days and Sarah took care of everything (always get the travel insurance!), we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Starwood. Yes, it's on the pricier side—but honestly, you can’t put a price on the level of care, attention, and professionalism they provide. From start to finish, they made sure our pup was not only safe and comfortable during travel, but also well-prepared long before the journey even began.
Sarah Whittington was an incredible support throughout the process of getting my dog to London. She was flexible and accommodating, even as I had to change the travel date multiple times. Her communication was exceptional—she was consistently responsive over email, even after hours, and always willing to hop on a call to talk through any questions or concerns.

I truly felt like both me and my dog were in good hands. I can’t recommend Starwood—and especially Sarah—highly enough

Starwood Pet Travel is the BEST! They helped us move our 2 dogs from Las Vegas to Hawaii. They planned everything from car transportation to LAX, getting them settled in at a doggy resort and checking them in on the airplane! Our contact, Ryan, also coordinated with our vet and assisted us in getting all the right paperwork for the Direct Release Program to avoid quarantining our pups!

Starwood was AMAZING every step of the way for my move from the east coast to Hawaii. I absolutely highly recommend Starwood to anyone looking for a hassle free and professional pet relocation experience. From start to finish, their team was very responsive at answering my questions and thorough with every detail of the relocation process.

We encountered unexpected hiccups with delays in health certificate endorsements, which led to a postponement of our dog’s flight. Starwood and their partners handled everything very well. They kept us informed and provided multiple next plans, and made sure our dog was well cared at a pet resort for while waiting for the next available flight.

Thanks to their dedicated effort, our dog made it through the relocation. We are so grateful for their support and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Starwood was wonderful from start to finish. They kept us updated during each step of the process, all of their staff are very friendly and responsive. We had to change our schedule at the last second due to visa issues and they were extremely accommodating. Once our dog was picked up he was transported to their boarding facility and we received regular photos and updates during his stay and his trip. They made the extremely stressful situation pleasant and bearable!
