Once the flight(s) are booked and confirmed for your pet(s), the Pet Travel Support Team will email you their full travel itinerary.
Once you have received the travel itinerary via email, please review it closely to ensure all of the details are correct. It is very important that we have the accurate pick up and delivery addresses and phone numbers so we can reach you while your pet is in transit.
Please remember that we will not get the full flight confirmation until less than 14 days prior to your pet's flight departure date. Only after that, will we provide you with the full travel itinerary via email.
If any details have changed regarding your pet's pick up or delivery details, please let us know right away in order to avoid any issues or delays.
